Charlotte 'Patty' Stevens, operating under the codename Hanover, is an experienced Delta Green operative and the cell's primary occultist. Amicably separated from her husband Frederick Jones and close to her dog Scoob, she is the operative most likely to have encountered and identified the Mythos phenomena the cell faces. She initiated the H-Cell Chronicle by discovering and covertly copying a Karotechia document during an archive assignment, then reaching out to former cell members via encrypted communication — her operational instincts driving action where others might have sat on the intelligence.
Hanover serves as the cell's key identifier and interpreter throughout the campaign. She recognises the Dagon rune on the bullet casing, identifies the filament heart as fundamentally similar to the Church of the Twelve Martyrs meteorite, retrospectively names the previous campaign creature as a Shoggoth, reads Drexler's ritual as appeasement rather than summoning, and serves as the principal translator for German documents. Her occult skill is the cell's most valuable analytical tool, though it is not without cost — close examination of the filament heart triggered a sanity check and vivid traumatic memory.
At the Oasis of Whispers, Hanover volunteers herself as a distraction target, running across the battlefield to draw enemy fire away from the main assault team. The final session records that Hanover and Hex are both killed during the encounter — the most catastrophic outcome of a battle that also destroyed Hedgehog as a fighting unit.
