Dagon

Dagon is a Mythos entity associated with the sea and with the Deep Ones, encountered by Hanover and Hex in a previous mission in Yuma. In the H-Cell Chronicle, Dagon's significance emerges through documentary evidence rather than direct encounter: Hanover identifies a rune on a recovered bullet casing as a Dagon sigil, and later translates a classified Karotechia memo — Operation Blackwater, dated December 1942 — which declares that the Blackwater Initiative achieved its final communion with Dagon. The presence of Dagon-related iconography and the Nazi cult's deliberate invocation of this entity suggests it is deeply entwined with Karotechia's occult programme in North Africa and possibly connected to the disturbances around the Weymouth Deep Energy Project.
