British Military HQ in Cairo is the main Allied administrative headquarters from which Lieutenant Pendleton operates. H-Cell are recognised at the gate as a known quantity briefed by Pendleton and escorted directly to his office when they return from the desert. The HQ is the institutional backstop for their cover as Allied operatives, and the place to which Pendleton reports — though the cell is careful about what operational details they allow to filter upward through official channels.
