Cairo

Cairo is the primary hub of H-Cell's WWII operations, a vibrant, multicultural city teeming with activity on the eve of the Second Battle of El Alamein. The cell arrives on 22 October 1942 and uses the city as their base for resupply, intelligence gathering, and ritual preparation throughout the North Africa arc. Key sites within Cairo include Omar's Café in the Old Quarter, Pendleton's Office at British Military HQ, the Dromedary Pens operated by Ahmed, Omar's Cousin's Bazaar in the Coptic Quarter, and the Convent of Saint Mary and the Twelve Apostles. The Aqua Mortis ritual components — grave water, aged copper pipe, and other materials — were all sourced through Cairo contacts.
