Exeter is the English city where PISCES maintains its regional base of operations, housed within a building presenting as the DEFRA Regional Headquarters. The city is cold, grey, and drizzly when H-Cell arrive in mid-to-late January. The PISCES facility includes a stately home on the grounds that was requisitioned for operational use, and a nearby Travelodge where the cell is billeted during their English operations.
