Facilities Depot

The Facilities Depot is the active repair and supply depot attached to the British Military Base in Cairo. H-Cell attempted to requisition copper piping here for the Aqua Mortis ritual but were turned away for lack of the appropriate paperwork. The depot held copper pipe among its stores, but bureaucratic procedures prevented straightforward acquisition, leading the cell to seek the material through other means.
