Pisces Base

The PISCES Base encompasses the full DEFRA Regional Headquarters facility in Exeter, including its requisitioned stately home, briefing room, quartermaster and supply area, and the external containment warehouse for the filament heart. It is the operational hub for PISCES activities in the English arc and the staging point from which H-Cell is deployed to both Weymouth and subsequently to North Africa.
