Project Visitor Centre

The Project Visitor Centre is the public-facing facility of the Weymouth Deep Energy offshore wind farm, located on the Weymouth waterfront. H-Cell visits it as part of their intelligence-gathering on the Deep Energy Project, using it to understand the project's public profile and to assess the geography of the exclusion zone. The centre presents the wind farm in a positive commercial light, which contrasts sharply with what the cell knows about the project's true impact on the seabed and surrounding marine ecosystem.
