Quay Marina

The Quay Marina in Weymouth is the local working harbour where commercial fishermen operate and where H-Cell makes contact with Sam, a young fisherman who agrees to take them out on his father's boat at night to investigate the Deep Energy exclusion zone. The marina is also where the cell observes the wider impact of the Deep Energy Project — catches have plummeted, and the fish being landed are often misshapen or visibly sickly.
