Requisitioned Stately Home

The Requisitioned Stately Home on the grounds of the DEFRA Regional Headquarters in Exeter serves as the operational base for PISCES's English activities. Chief Petty Officer Harry Lane — in both her 1942 guise as a naval officer and her modern identity — is associated with this facility. In 1942, the stately home is the location where H-Cell is debriefed and briefed on the North Africa mission; in the present day it provides operational basing for the Dorset investigation. It contains a briefing room and grounds that have been secured for PISCES use.
