Tynum Manor is the broader estate associated with Tynum Manor House, a site of historical significance in the 1942 Dorset arc. The estate was compulsorily purchased by the Ministry of War shortly after the period in which H-Cell's 1942 events take place, its residents evicted and the area converted into a military training ground that remains restricted to this day. The manor and its grounds serve as the recovery and debriefing location for the cell after they wash ashore on Brandy Bay beach.
