Wadi

The Wadi is a dry desert watercourse near the Oasis of Whispers that provides the covered approach route used by H-Cell and Hedgehog during their assault. Its walls offer concealment from the German machine gun emplacement to the northeast, and Haze recommended using it for the main ground assault while he positioned himself with the sniper rifle and AA gun on the high ground to the south. The wadi encompasses the battlefield itself as well as sub-locations including the riverbed and the ritual site where Drexler conducted his pool-side ceremonies.
