The Warehouse is the PISCES containment facility in Weymouth — an industrial estate building presenting as an unremarkable commercial unit — within which the filament heart is stored. It is the location that Harry Lane is focused on hardening following H-Cell's assessment that the object's threat level exceeds the building's current security design, which was built to keep people out rather than to contain something inside.
