Washington DC is the starting location for the H-Cell Chronicle, where the operatives are based and where Hanover summons the group following her discovery of the covertly copied Karotechia documents. The opening session takes place at an Arby's restaurant in the DC environs, serving as the gathering point for the cell to share intelligence, review the mysterious decoded file Hex received, and determine that they are looking at an active and unresolved Mythos situation requiring direct investigation.
