Weymouth Bay

Weymouth Bay is the body of water off the Dorset coast in which the Deep Energy wind farm is sited and within which the filament heart presumably originated before washing ashore. The bay and its seabed are the source of the current crisis — whatever anchoring artefact lies below was disturbed by the turbine footing construction, and the bay's ecosystem has been visibly affected, with fishermen reporting misshapen and sickly catches along with plummeting yields within the exclusion zone.
