Wind Farm Exclusion Zone

The Wind Farm Exclusion Zone is the restricted maritime area around the Deep Energy Project's offshore turbines in Weymouth Bay, within which commercial fishing is prohibited. Local fishermen are deeply unhappy about the exclusion: catches outside the zone have plummeted, and what little is caught is often misshapen or sickly. Hex speculates that the turbine footings may have accidentally disturbed the filament heart anchor when they were sunk, triggering the current crisis.
