Doctor Selwyn

Doctor Selwyn is a balding, heavyset country physician at Tynum Manor House — the stereotypical English country doctor of the 1940s. He examines each member of H-Cell in turn using standard period diagnostic methods and reports to Constable Kraft that the party is physically sound. He confirms Hanover's additional recovery time due to the head injury, and later gives her a clean bill of health when she wakes. He is a peripheral but functioning part of the 1942 English setting, representing the mundane institutional world that H-Cell must navigate whilst keeping their true situation concealed.
